In 2013, Shelia Crawley saw the need for a linen service at Smith Mountain Lake and stepped up to meet that need with Done Rite Linens. Shelia has been in the cleaning/janitorial business for over 30 years and brings a unique perspective to providing just what you need to make your vacation place feel a little like home.
What Sets Us Apart?
Done Rite Linens is insured and bonded. Each employee has been properly trained and certified by OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Organization). We are not a franchise! DRL is locally owned and operated. When you call to place your order, have a special request, or run into a problem, you are speaking to directly to Shelia. This is always the case! This hasn't changed in all of the years that Shelia has provided services - cleaning services and linen rentals.
When you vacation at Smith Mountain Lake, we want to help you feel like you are staying in your personal residence. If we do our job correctly, you'll feel at home.
- No refunds for orders cancelled the day of delivery.
- We offer 50% refunds for orders cancelled less than 18 hours prior to day of delivery.
- We offer 100% refunds for orders cancelled 48 hours (or more) prior to day of delivery.
